I want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Either a refund or exchange will be arranged. All returned items must be in its original condition and returned within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal, or an Etsy Gift Card.

Orders shipped to a Massachusetts address are subject to a 6.25% MA Sales Tax.
Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3 business days from the purchase date. I will notify you if there will be any delay in shipping. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If you would prefer a faster shipping service (e.g. Priority or Express Mail), please add a note to your order in the 'comments to buyer' section at the time of purchase or contact me after purchasing.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within the U.S.)

Domestic orders ship via the US Postal Service and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Orders that are $25.00 or over will receive a tracking number for their parcel.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside the U.S.)

All international orders will ship via USPS First Class Airmail. Arrival time for international orders varies from 6-12 days. Unfortunately tracking is not available for international shipping.
