***We think quality matters!***
Most of our shirts use a cutting edge digital t-shirt printing machine that actually dies the fabric with water based inks (important for your kiddos!). This means we do not use iron-ons or transfers and the fabric will not be scratchy, crack or fade and retains the soft feel for many many washings, plus is safe and more eco-friendly then transfers. For some designs / substrates, we use a high quality vinyl t-shirt transfer printed on a state of the art digital print/cut machine that is 64" wide - ie. this is not your everyday (or even every other day) desktop printer! So you can rest assured we strive for the highest quality! :) Plus, we always use a higher quality soft tee. Since we know announcing a pregnancy or giving a gift to your little ones is a very special time, we strive to ensure quality and prompt response (and, hey, I totally get it - I have two under four myself!)

Turnaround Time
Shirts / Pillows ►
Basic apparel orders and pillows ship in 3-5 business days, add another 1-5 days in shipping depending on which shipping method you selected at checkout.
Birth Pillows / Posters / Mugs / Orders with Proofs ►
These items will usually also ship in 3-5 days, but in periods of high volume & holidays, these time consuming items may take 2-4 business days to complete and ship. You can rush the processing with shipping upgrades at checkout. Shipping upgrades always include processing upgrades as well.
Canvas Prints ►
These hand crafted prints are completed in house and each print includes a proof process, so these special gifts typically ship in 4-6 business days once we receive proof approval.
Care instructions
For the first wash, it's always best to turn inside out and wash on cool. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. After the first wash, feel free to wash however you like. Shirts can be ironed inside out on low if needed.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We can always include a gift card free of charge - just add your gift note information to the "notes to seller" section at checkout. We will also wrap your gift note package with a cute bow.

Extra fun reading material
We've been doing this for quite a while (my baby's ten now so for that long :( and we're the original sibling shirt set people!) We know customer service and great quality and put that first every day. When shopping with Zoey's Attic, you know you'll be well taken care of by an established Etsy seller (and mommy)!
Most of our shirts are digitally printed with the latest and greatest in direct to garment printing (dyes the fabric so no cracking or peeling) Some dark shirts, glitter & foil shirts are created with heat transfer vinyl.

Please be sure to review and read the sizing charts and descriptions before ordering! We want to make sure you get the best fit as our personalized items cannot be returned due to sizing errors! As always, message us if you have questions!
ORDER CHANGE Q's?
Please request order changes/adjustments by starting a convo - **PLEASE DON'T EMAIL ME DIRECTLY** ps - I'm totally not email yelling at you, but really want to make sure this stands out! :) It's MUCH easier for me if ALL sizing / order / address changes are requested in CONVOS and I check them much more frequently. We will do our best to accommodate them as long as they are requested shortly after the order is placed. We often process orders same and next day and it's very easy for me to overlook a separate email as I don't check that as often. :( Thanks for your help!
International Shipping
We do ship internationally, but because it can be very UNPREDICTABLE, we recommend allowing 3-5 weeks for basic first class items to arrive. If you need it faster and would like insurance, we do offer expedited options at checkout. We will not insure basic first class packages without being requested.
Shipping Issues / Lost + Damaged Items
We also cannot issue refunds or be held responsible for packages that arrive later than the estimated delivery date range provided by Etsy OR by your shipping carrier. We will do our best to ship your items as quickly as we can as we know how important these gifts are to you and yours!
► A friendly "cover my bases" reminder - we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged mail, USPS errors in delivery time or addresses entered incorrectly - it doesn't happen often, but it does happen when mail gets lost and I, unfortunately, cannot replace that free of charge, so if you'd like insurance on your package, please let us know, it is not automatically included! :)
