Please review my shop policies carefully. It is my goal to make your purchase as smooth and simple as possible. I also want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Each and every one of my designs/artwork is created with love and for your enjoyment.

I accept all major credit cards and eCheck payments through PayPal only and prefer payment within 72 hours of purchase. Items will be re-listed if payment is not received within specified time frame. Thank you.
I will ship items within 72 hours after receipt of payment. All items will be shipped via USPS (First Class Mail). No insurance is provided on shipping unless an upgrade is specifically requested via an Etsy conversation. I will then inform you of your newly adjusted shipping cost. Please feel free to contact me if you need special arrangements other than what is specified. Once again, I want to make your purchase as smooth as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
I love what I do and take pride in making and packaging your items as carefully as possible. All items are shipped and packaged with quality products. I use stiff paperboard shipping envelopes and place the note card/artwork in a transparent archival bag for further protection. If you are extremely dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately so we can discuss further options. If for any unfortunate reason, the final outcome is the return of an item, a refund (cost of item only) will be provided as soon as the item arrives safely to me.
