Shipper canceled my order so I ordered it N after trying to contact user and no response for several weeks had to go through Etsy to get my payment back.

Placed an order May 9th. It is now May 22nd. This keychain that I bought for my nephew, was never sent out. I contacted the shop, I never heard anything back. So I opened a case with Etsy. I was refunded my money. I've been ordering alot of things online since the pandemic. Havnt had a single problem getting what Ive ordered, from different places in the US. I thought maybe this could be the issue. But looking at reviews, this exact thing was done to another customer months ago. Also looks like there was no problem sending out other purchases recently. Not cool!!

The look of the keychain was amazing and they made a hand written letter! I would totally buy from them again!
