Zooguu makes high quality, handmade decor for people with a sense of humor.
Each and every product is designed and handmade in the Zooguu Studio.

Jen Gubicza has 10+ years of graphic design experience for the audience of kids & families before she started Zooguu in 2008. She designs the patterns and does the sewing.

All patterns are original and created with a sense of style and humor. Fabric selections are based on durability, color palette, and ease of maintenance.

The Zooguu studio is currently located North of Boston, MA. Ordering directly from the artists ensures that a careful eye and trained hands are creating your products and that they are of the highest quality.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Items may be returned for a refund if I am contacted within 3 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition and for the cost of shipping with delivery confirmation. The item cost will be refunded upon receipt and inspection.
Payment
Payment can be made via Etsy Payments or by sending a check. Products will not be sent until payment is received.

MA Residents will be charged 6.25% sales tax.
Shipping
Domestic shipping is USPS first class with delivery confirmation for orders weighing under 16 oz. For larger orders, shipping will be sent USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.

International orders will be sent USPS first class international to keep costs down. First class international does not include insurance or delivery confirmation. International customers are responsible for any additional customs charges that may be associated with delivery.

Shipping upgrades can be arranged for insurance purposes or for faster delivery.
