Hello, my name is Fani, I opened me etsy shop in 2012. In 2013 I opened my store in Larissa so I didn't have the time to run both stores at the same time. So unfortunately I abandoned my etsy store.
Since summer of 2018 my sister in law, Anna, has became my business partner. We created new jewelry designs, all gold or platinum plated. Now that the tasks are shared I found once again the time to deal with my etsy shop.

Welcome to my shop. I want my store to be a place that customers will come back to and feel comfortable. If you have any question about your order, product information, or shipping please do not hesitate to ask. I do not use specific materials, I use everything that inspires me. My shop is brand new so read the policies often because changes can be made in order to make things work better.

Returns and exchanges

It is very important to me that you are happy with your jewelry. I accept returns and exchanges within the first 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned in new and unused condition. Please contact me to request a refund. Refunds will be issued less shipping charges.
I will always do my best to send a message to you to confirm the sale. If you need me to hold something, send me a message instead and we will try to find a solution.

Payment

Payments can be made through PayPal.
Please make sure you make a payment within 4 days of the purchase. After 4 days, you will receive a reminder from me via Convo. All non-paid transactions within 5 days of purchase will be canceled.
If you would like to cancel your order, please convo me so I can update your order cancellation correctly through Etsy.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped up to 3 business days from the payment's clearing date.
Shipping from Greece takes up to 2-3 business days.
All jewelry comes packed in a gift box, ready to be given as a gift.
Please notice that the shipping address I receive automatic after your purchase is the PayPal address, so if you want your order to be sent to other address please make sure to update me.
