Handmade Animal Jewelry

I love animals.Throughout my life animals have captured my attention, their individual quirkiness in particular. These personal observations are first expressed on paper through pencil sketches.
The resulting final design is hand carved by me in jewelry wax and then cast in sterling silver.
All pieces are finished by hand.
The uniqueness of every animal is defined in the final product.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Returns and exchange details
If you receive an item that you are not happy with, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. I will refund the item as soon as I receive it back.
For any item that is returned, all shipping charges are your responsibility.
If an item is lost in the post or arrives damaged I will refund the order or send you a new item.
Payment
Payment can be made through Paypal. You don't need to have a paypal acount to use this function, just press the Paypal option and follow the link: to pay by credit card.
The items will be shipped within 5 (business) days of payment being received.
Payment is due within 3 days of purchase, otherwise the sale will have to be canceled.
Shipping
I ship worldwide. All items are send through the greek postal system ELTA
We will ship the items to your Etsy adress unless otherwise requested.

Please note that items shipped to the USA, Australia and all other countries outside Europe will take between 5-15 business days to reach you. Shipments to European countries will take between 3-6 business days. Shipping during the Holiday season make take a bit longer.
In some countries buyers are subject to custom taxes and duties on items shipped from international locations. These taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Parcels that are lost in the post will be refunded after 1 month.

All items will be send in a gift box inside safe packaging.
