Shop policies
I specialize in hand dyed and handpainted luxury fibers, whimsical handspun yarns and lovely knitting and crochet patterns.
Whenever possible, I like to use eco-friendly supplies and to buy from local sellers.
Even though I live and work in Italy, international buyers are more than welcome and I always try to offer the lowest shipping costs. Please have a look at my shipping policies to learn more.

Accepted payment methods
Payment
Payment is expected at checkout. If you have problems at checkout, please contact me and I'll be glad to help you.
If I don't receive payment within 3 days after purchase, I will cancel the transaction and will relist the items.
Shipping
I happily ship worldwide using Italian Flat Priority Shipping.
This service doesn't provide any tracking number, so once an item has been shipped I am no longer responsible for it.
If you would like to use another service, please contact me and I will be back to you as soon as possible with shipping cost to your Country.
Additional policies and FAQs
After the item is ready, I will convo you and will wait 2 days for your answer. Then, there are two possibilities:
- If I receive no answer, I will cancel your order and will list the item as an ordinary listing.
- If I receive your answer, I will set up a custom listing. This listing will have the duration of three days. If after three days you haven't purchased your item, I will cancel the sale.
