Hi! Welcome to Zucchini & Company Custom Invitations! The eponymous daschshund (Ms. Zucchini) guides my store philosophy: quirky cuteness and a desire to please.
I accept PayPal, check, or money order. If other payment arrangements need to be made, please contact me.
Please let me know about any cancellations as soon as possible.
You will receive an email from me letting you know when your item is likely to ship and to arrive. Depending on the service and the customization, most orders are shipped within a week of the order being place.
Typically, I ship via USPS Priority mail (i <3 my postal workers!) within 5 days of the order.
If you would prefer overnight or UPS shipping, please contact me for information and fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me with any problems with your order!
Custom artwork, that has been completed, is not eligible for a refund.
Down payments on Invitation Suites are non-refundable.
Items that are damaged are eligible for a full or partial refund.
