Your order will be carefully packed and shipped promptly.

All items are presented in a gift box with tissue paper and ribbon.

All domestic orders (within the US) will be shipped First Class Mail. The delivery time is 4-5 business days once the order ships. If you order over the weekend, your order will be shipped on Monday.

Packages are not insured. I pack orders very carefully to make sure that they will not break. I cannot be responsible for any damages or lost items during shipment. If you are concerned about your package getting lost, stolen or damaged during shipment, I suggest that you insure your purchase. Please contact me for rates.

Buyers outside US will receive orders by First Class Mail without tracking and are not insured. I am not responsible for any duties, taxes, custom fees. There are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return your jewelry for a full refund, excluding shipping cost, within 3 business days of receiving your purchase. You can also exchange it within 3 business days of receiving your purchase.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Items must be received in the same condition as they were shipped out and packaged with the same type of materials to protect the shipment.

Items that have been worn and/or damaged due to clients negligence can not be returned.

I accept returns on non custom items only. All custom orders are final and not refundable or exchangeable.
