I think packing lovely packets is one of etsy sellers special abilities, in general, but the package I received from this shop is actually one the loveliest, if not THE loveliest, I have ever seen!! So thoughtful, with a little extra gift and a sachet of laverder (!), which made the whole packet smell wonderful! I felt like a princess opening it. And, of course, this item was absolutely beautiful. Just as described. I will definitely come here when I need to buy gifts!

Folks comment that it looks like snow (it does). Or someone said it reminded them of the little marshmallows that they put in their hot chocolate. (it does). I bought 10 more to give as gifts.

Returns and exchanges
It is my goal to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase but understand that this may not always be the case. Please keep in mind that each computer monitor shows colors differently than the next and I always do my best to explain each item, therefore I cannot accept returns based on color differences caused by computer monitors.
In addition please let me know within 48 hours after you receive the item if you are not satisfied with it. I may refund if the item is sent back unused and in original condition. Returning shipping costs are for the buyer. I do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to me.
ps:Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping
Custom orders will be ready to ship within 1-3 weeks .( I'll start to do your order the day after receiving the payment. I will inform you by convo when I finished the items.)
Shipping time is 1-2 weeks to Europe and 2-4 weeks to the rest of the world but it can take few days more.
