I've seen so many post in this team about low sales low views or no sales. I know how that feels, and i've also seen people on here ask how do those successful shops make so many sales a day. I look at those shops too and wonder what am i doing wrong! Well what i was doing wrong was having a negative attitude and a "give up" mentality. Here's what i think if you think you're etsy store is a hobbie that just brings in money here and there then you shouldn't get upset or shouldn't really care about how sales trickle in. But if you're doing this as a fulltime business you MUST put in the work. this is what i've learned.
A while ago i posted a topic about closing my shop! then after i thought about all the money and time i put into building my shop I thought... what are you an idiot? you can't throw in the towel just cause things aren't going as you expected. What a cop out! Russel simmons wrote on twitter yesterday that the reason why he was successful in his venues is because he put his passion into something he LOVED before he even saw a DIME! and i thought that was a powerful statement.

We look on here and see all the other shops with multiple sales and sulk and say why isn't that me. well most of these shops didn't have an overnight success. they put in WORK!! HARD WORK LONG WORK HOURS AND HOURS OF WORK!!!
that is the difference btw you and them. that is the difference between success and failure! So with that said i'm saying to you i'm not giving up and i'm saying to you don't give up. put in the work!! water your business, pray and watch it grow just as successful as those you admire!. I hope this help someone and just remember,, quitter never win and winners NEVER quit!
