When I first started being active on teams in April of this year, I learned that the more inventory you have, the better! There's a lot of talk of the "magic 100" and while there's certainly nothing MAGICAL about it, I thought it was a good goal to set - 100 items in my shop.
Well. . . TODAY, on 4th of July, I finally achieved that goal! After weeks of hard work, tons of self-promotion, swapping, sales, and business cards, I broke the 100 mark on my inventory.
Reaching a goal that you set for yourself really feels great!
What are your long-term goals for your shop?
Or what goals have you set for yourself that you are just now achieving?

My goal right now is 250 listings. I have more than enough inventory but it's been a lot of work to maintain 200 listings. Things expire pretty often as you might imagine, so I already spend a lot of money on listing fees. I was aiming to reach 250 before July but am waiting for things to pick up so that I can cover my costs.
