How long do you wait?

I received an order 9 days ago. Of course they do not give me the colors of the item they want but did give me the personalized name. I have emailed them twice with no response. Do I just give them the colors as pictured (no it does not state this in ad)? Or do I wait? How long do I wait? Thanks for your advise.

If you haven't already, I'd send them an email too to the email address on the invoice. If you don't hear back within another day or two, I'd go ahead and send their order in the colors in the listing.
Here is what I do:
1. Put it in the listing and your shop policies that if a color choice is not left, that the color in the main photo will be sent.
2. If a order comes in with no color choice, I send a message thanking them for their order and I'll put something like "If you'd like a different color other than what is shown, just let me know".
I'd say 9 times out of 10 the customer just wants the colors shown in the listing. I *wish* that they would just tell us that because it causes less stress, but usually the customer is happy with those colors.

I usually list "default color is ___" but ask them to leave a note with their choice of color, otherwise it will be shipped in the default color.
For wall decals, black
For window decals, white
I have't had much of a problem with it since I also added ***CHOOSE YOUR COLOR*** to the top of the description and put that there are 15 color options in the title line.
