Do you buy stock photos from websites or do you use 3d renders as background?
I usually buy stock photos but I can't find any good nursery pictures so I was thinking to pay someone to build a 3d model. Do you have any contacts?
It's not easy to find someone good in photorealistic models.

I buy photos. And agree -- good nursery pictures (and laundry rooms) are hard to come by.

I use to do product photography and stock photography for magazines and books. I keep thinking I need to get out there and at the very least take some background pictures for myself. But taking interior room shots is much different than photographing objects, scenics and cats (that's what I specialized in).
Plus, you have to friends with nice looking homes.... hmmm, I really lack in that department.

Good luck with your hunt.

Hi Lori Lee,
we could make a list of good and cheap websites to buy photos from?
I use 123RF.com

I use DreamsTime.com. They have sales on credits now and then. Last time I got them half price.
I keep thinking I should look up all the free sights, but I never get around to it. Plus I think you have to really be careful about the license agreement. Seems like every photos site is different.

OH Julia, I just noticed that this thread is "public". I guess I'd rather not share this information with the whole world of Etsy.

how do I change it to not public?

I'm pretty sure you just have to start a new one. That's when it gives you that option.
