Team Membership emails + Etsy Convos

Welcome to TL! We're delighted to have you here. You should receive, after acceptance to the team, two convos/email: One email/convo from Etsy directly welcoming you to the group and one convo from me (ExcessivelyDiverting) laying out team rules and etc. The one from Etsy is automated and I have no control on the content. The second one I send out to new members upon acceptance via Etsy convo feature.
I mention this because as of late I've been doing some housekeeping with some members and found with some members, when I go searching the past convos whether manually or using the search function, these people will not show up. When I send them a convo, the right bar does not populate with past and previous convos so I am led to believe I've never gotten in touch with these people before in welcoming them to the group.
Turns out I've been totally wrong. I now look super flakey because of this weird bug in the Etsy convo system. Sure enough, when I get a response back to my latest convo with the person, previous convos will populate the right sidebar. Search functions will show all past convos with that member - where as I said before, NOTHING came up.
So please, if you have been added to the group and you do not get a convo from me, please email Anne & I at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you get a convo from me that is a dupe (or of similiar wording) of one I had sent you before, please also let me know that as well either by email (email@example.com) or via the convo system.
