New help with customer

I have a customer from Canada who wants to purchase something but says every time she trys to buy through pay pal it says she needs a different form of payment she says her card is valid and she has funds can someone look at my listing and see if I am doing something wrong or maybe someone knows from experience. I did have a order from the US go through pay pal today without a problem so I am not sure what is going on.

That's really weird. I'm canadian and paypal has never given me issues like that. I don't know why it would be happening with your customer

Karen, great minds think alike! (Love your shop; I want that pink rotary phone!)
Has your customer used that card on PayPal before? I had a problem buying with PayPal once. My card was valid, had funds, and I didn't have any credit problems. PayPal wouldn't let me use the card and it got pretty frustrating. After some investigation I realized that the transaction was denied because I had recently moved and forgot to update my address on PayPal. It was right with my bank, but the old one on PayPal, and because it didn't match I guess it got flagged.

I had to use a new card (just for that transaction). My info is now updated and accurate, so I don't have that problem anymore.
Thank you so much
You have not listed any other countries except USA as places you ship to. You need to change your shipping profile to accept Canada.
Charley, go to your shop dropdown menu and go to your Listings, then click on shipping to set up a profile for Canada. The way you have it set up, you only accept sales in the USA.
Have her check the expiration date on the card she is trying to use.
