Why does etsy hate me?

Lately whenever I try to checkout it goes to the whoopsie screen and won't work, does anyone else have this problem? I know that my paypal is working fine any help would be greatly appreciated.

not sure what the problem is. you could try clearing you browser cache, and I would post your problems in bugs. maybe someone in admin can help.
good luck!
I had that problem too. But I just kept hitting the back key and clicking the item until it finally worked.
Try using a different browser. Sometimes that helps.
When I get the "whoopsie" screen I find a combo of refresh and back button pressing seems to get things working again :)

Sometimes the Etsy messes with your cookies and cache.

If you need to clear your cache, here's how to do it easily.

I get that at times when I Click the "Add To Circle" Button. Clicking Back, and then trying again seems to work for me:D
Hello,

Can you let us know if this is still happening please? If so, could you describe at what point in the transaction you get the Ooops page? Sorry for not getting back to you sooner!!
