If you alter them significantly, they would be handmade - not a supply.
I would say definitely not a supply. It is not something that is used to either make something or ship something.

"A commercial crafting supply is an item that is primarily used to make handmade items you might find for sale on Etsy"
and
"Commercial tools, elements and accessories that are used in conjunction with handmade items, but are not used to create a new item may not be sold on Etsy as a commercial crafting supply "
To me, that is not a supply.
