Paypal multi-order shipping DOWN

I haven't used Stamps.com and just started using Shipstation yesterday but there are a few things I love.

1. The integration of my Etsy and eBay accounts into one place.
2. When I go to ship an order I see a pic of the order!!
3. Easy profile set up to apply to future orders.

OK, stamps.com has 1 and 3 covered. Not having #2 isn't a dealbreaker :) I also got a deal with a $10 postage rebate each month for the next 5 months. I haven't had any issues yet, but I'm always looking for good systems for running my business.

It is great to have profiles for both my shop and my daughter's in stamps.com. We can have afternoon packaging parties, and print the labels for both shops all in one shot.
@Jennifer - that's a good question. And a fair one.

. I love the customer service.
. Customs forms are integrated - no pop-up windows, no additional clicks.
. You see a picture of the order (all items) which, for me, makes it simple to figure out shipping.
. Priority Mail costs less than PayPal
. If you ship via USPS, UPS, Fed Ex (and probably a few more), you can print out the postage for each/any/all
. Shipping calculator
. Automatic updating of 'shipped' status on Etsy.
. You can personalize the e-mail that goes to the customer
. Simple one-click inexpensive insurance

I'm sure I left several things off the list...
Thanks Janet!

I don't have an issue with the customs form being on a popup. I'm just super thankful for First Class International!

As far as Priority, the only piece I send often is the FRE. Is it less than the $4.90 that Paypal or Stamps.com charges?

Stamps.com also updates shipped status on Etsy.

Unless the Priority postage is significantly lower, I'm not seeing my $10 worth. I'm a lot lower volume than you are though!
You would need to pay for shipstation each month?
any idea what happens if one were to reach the 500 shipment maximum? do they get bumped to $45/month plan?
@Lauren - yes, there's a monthly fee for the service. If you sell in volume, it's well worth it. It's quite simple to add a small amount to the postage charges in your listings to cover the cost.

@bertiescloset - not sure exactly... If you wanted to stay at the lower plan, you could use PayPal as a 'supplemental plan' if you're concerned about going over the limit.
@Jennifer - I hear ya! Printing First Class International is da bomb....
Thanks for all the information Jenn and Janet! I never was able to register for shipstation...either in firefox or explorer, home or at work. So I went with stamps.com. I didn't think I would be able to use my Dymo printer, but I can! I have held off for years trying not to pay a monthly fee for label printing, but it's time. I can't stand typing all of my international orders in shipping assistant, and then putting stamps all over the package, even though their integrated customs form is much nicer than writing it out. Taking the plunge, having international forms print out WITH postage on them is a big timesaver, along with the batch option that WORKS with easy updating of my etsy orders has me wondering why I didn't do this a looooonnnng time ago?? There was a tiny learning curve, but I'm good to go now. Glad I checked into it!

So you have a silver account for $45 a month?

Does anyone use stamps.com with more than one venue? It looks to me as though stamps doesn't charge more than $16 a month unless you go over 4 venues, but their rates aren't as clearly laid out as Shipstation's are.
