How to save customer photos?

I have customers sending us photos of their child in our shoes and I would love to be able to save it as a jpg to send to other potential customers who ask about how our shoes look on a real person. :) LOL The point is, . . . how do I save the photos from an etsy convo?

I think you can download the attachment by opening the photo and clicking File>Save As> (insert location such as desktop etc.)
you should be able to right click it and save it in a photo file--I do it all the time because people send me photos to use for custom work--I would assume it would work the same way for the customer photos--if not, just ask them for a file through convo or email--just be up front about why you want it--most customers are happy to share ;-)
I know you can save the convo photos by right clicking on the picture, then selecting the words Save As....then save it to your desktop for later use. =)
thank you very much! I will try what you have suggested. Your comments were much appreciated.
