If you received an e-mail because she sent you an Etsy convo, then go ahead and try to be helpful. But if you received an actual email, outside of Etsy, that is a scam - and you shouldn't even respond.
Sounds like someone testing your email. If you respond, then they know it works and may solicit and/or forward other scam mails in the future.

Perhaps best to send it to the spam folder in your mailer.
it was not a convo, it was my email connected with etsy.
LOL--What I meant by my earlier post was she might not be an early bird--since the time might be different at her place--it was a joke!
Then it's a scam. How would she know your e-mail? It's just a random hit and by responding, you let the scammers know the email is "live."
I think you can search your sold orders by email addresses.

If she didn't complete the transaction, she shouldn't have your email address. Unless you have it posted somewhere.
I was wrong... you can only search by:

listing title
buyer name
message from buyer
buyer username
ship to name or address
receipt id
transaction id
