New order Shows under All Orders but not Open orders

I just received an order and it doesn't show under Open orders. I happened to go to All orders and it shows there. It also shows as not paid how can that be with a credit card?

In one section it says paid with credit card and in the other it says Not Paid. Which one is it?
Now I see it is categorized as processing orders. What does that mean. Is it sold or not? Paid or not?
You take DC, Paypal, money order and Other.

So it won't show up as paid if the buyer selected money order or 'other'.

Is it a DC sale that you are actually seeing be processed by chance?
No I found in the Direct pay information that some orders take longer to process and I will be notified by Etsy email when it is processed. It could take more than 24 hours. I don't understand. Either the credit card went through or it didn't so why would it take longer to process?
Hi! This sounds a bit more like a Site Help question than a Bugs question, so I'm going to move this thread there. You can find more information about why an order might still be processing here:

Please note that if it does take more than 24 hours for the order to process, we recommend contacting Etsy Support for further assistance. You can do so via this contact form:
