you cant go by inches, because it will be different amounts depending on your screen settings. you have to go by pixel size
how do you do that? my pixels are always over
At 300 dpi, it's 2.533 by 0.333 inches, however I strongly recommend using pixels to get it the exact size Etsy wants. You can download this template to have an idea of the size: i47.tinypic.com/2l8b0jb.png
What program are you using? Can you import the template from above, open it in your program and use that canvas size when you design it?
im using serif draw plus
Select:
- New Publication
- Right-click on ruler
- Select Pixels
- Tools menu, Save settings, Page Size and Margins

You will need to have the drawing scale option turned off for pixels to show/save.

Then use 760 pixels for width then 100 for height.
You can go by cms. I just did it using PowerPoint. Let me dig up the thread.
3.55cm x 27cm
