scroll down color option when purchasing

I have noticed in a couple shops just below the "add to cart" there is a scroll down titled "color" you can click the scroll down and select the color of the item your buying .. is this something new something in beta not available to all sellers yet ? I can not seem to find it in my shop to add to my listings..

It's from this :) www.etsy.com/teams/12471/listing-variations
when you join you get that option
Thank you I'll check it out..
It rocks !
It's a great concept and I have signed up for and started using it but etsy says that at this time only 50% of etsy viewers will see it.

So we need to keep the color, size, fabric etc options in our listings for now.
I have joined the listing variations team to test the prototype. I only use it because I custom make some of my children's clothes in a few different sizes. I like the concept but nobody has bought an item yet that requires them to specify a size, so not sure how it works in practise after an actual sale. I still ask customers to convo me the size they want, as this is just a prototype.
LOVE the concept, even if print sellers can't have it yet :)
