is my stuff too racy for etsy?

Hi,
I have had my stuff up on etsy for about three weeks now. The first week I sold very well, but I think a lot of my sales were from people from other sites who were familiar with my work. After the initial selling thing really dropped off. I do still get a good bit of hits, but no sales. So I was wondering do you think my work is a little too racy for etsy?

Personally, I think your shop is very cool. I like your erotica tile pieces...and of course the big hair ones ~ that's not just cuz I'm from Texas ;)

A Liberal Texan??? They don't exist do they??

Rock on with your cool shop ~ makes me want to go read Henry Miller & Anais Nin, right now.

Peace,
Nancy
I love your pieces, they are gorgeous, i want to decorate my kitchen with your tiles :D
well it offends me, but it does seem to fit in with Etsy ...

I love them. The plates remind me of The Bird Cage with Robin Williams. You've found your niche and I hope you sell a gazillion.
I like your stuff! Having a nine year old however does not afford me the luxury of display your pieces in my home.

I love your tiles and pieces and I think they are quite elegant. I have my two hanging in my room, and most people don't even notice the images. When someone does, the first thing they says is kama sutra. :]

You probably got a lot of hits because we were having a debate here about what's too racy for Etsy or not (do a search on the forums for Adult Content Filter and beat the dead horse if you must) and several people brought up your stuff.

I love your work. If I had any disposable income and a place to display your tiles, I'd have bought a few.

You have as much right to use this site as anyone else. If you don't have shame about something, why would you even consider catering to the shame of others by excluding yourself from this community? That only lets closeminded people dictate their values to the community. Life's too short to ask permission.
And I have teen boys in and out of my house all day. couldn't have them here.

Does kind of remind me of The Bird Cage...LOL
