What are "connections"?

What are "connections" found down where it says add to favorites section?

If you look at the top navigation, there will be a link called Blog. The admins run and often update with explanations of new features, they explain all on there!
It's not a very obvious link so I understand missing it!

Well, i'm confused. It's supposed to show others your favorites. I have favorites checked and mine don't show up on the connections..

i kinda dont get it either,i think its if you have favorite items instead of shops
It's for individual items - on each item's page, you can either choose the item as a favorite (which shows up in your connections) and/or choose the seller as a favorite. I'm still playing around with it, too....
also if two people favorite the same item there will be a connection between them.
The admins mentioned it was mainly a tool for buyers to travel through items
The connections only look at favorite ITEMS, not favorite sellers. I need to make a few changes to make that more clear.

We thought it might be a nice tool for buyers to quickly find and buy cool stuff.
