Nigerian scammers

Ok...I have just had my first Nigerian scam attempt...as soon as I listed the sapphire necklace I got one of the scam emails...if anyone needs to learn what to look for go to bustedupcowgirl.com (I think that is correct) and read about it...in the meantime if anyone gets an email from someone in Nigeria wanting to buy...JUST SAY NO!

Please don't hesitate to send any and all spammer usernames to customerservice@etsy.com .
I just forwarded the message i got from the Nigerian scammer to customer service..I wonder how many of us are getting these messages...there should be a way to stop them from reaching us! Hope so!!
I got it too -- sent it to abuse@etsy.com, which I hope is okay.
Thankfully, I haven't gotten any scam emails or conversations (yet! *crossing fingers*)

I wonder if it's because all my listings are up as "U.S. only".

(although I'm certainly willing to ship to other countries, I didn't set up my listings that way)

Hm.
