How to create a private listing?

I've been asked to create a private listing for two of an item in my shop. How can I do this?

create the listing as usual and just tag in in the title and the listing itself reserved for " so and so" and like that you can send the link to the person and they can purchase it.
Change the title to say "reserved -- please do not buy if you are not <username>" or something like that?
I also use a different photo for reserved listings as the first photo with "reserved for X' on the image.
You might want to create a picture that says "custom listing" or "reserved listing" for your first pic, I had a reserved listing and someone else ended up buying it :(
Is there a way to keep the price private from the public?
There isn't a way to keep the price private, but once it sells no one will see the price. I'd also suggest the "reserved for X" be a first name or something that isn't the Etsy username if your buyer wants anonymity. You don't even need to include a photo of the item (just a "reserved listing" graphic). I've done that with custom greeting cards where the buyer wanted the recipient's name on the front of the card but not in the public eye. In that case I PM'd the card image to her for approval.
