convos being strange

yes the recipient is getting the reply, me and admin lo have sent convos to each other

Well, my customer did not get my convo quote to her and when I resent it, I asked her to confirm that she received it. I have not heard back from her so have no clue if she received it or thinks I am ignoring her.
Happening to us too, really strange. Are the convos going back to the people who are initially convoing us?

Really don't want to be labeled as an unresponsive seller. I depend on the convo system to answer inquiries. It is an integral part of our shops.

Sorry, I don't have any more updates for tonight, the issue has been put into our engineers.
It stopped....and now it's happened again
Okay this is driving me crazy! I am not sure if my customers are getting their convos or not so I have been sending them twice. I hope this gets fixed soon.
happening here too-I have had responses from some of my customers so I think they are all getting them, just showing me that their convo to me is unread until the 2nd time I click on it.
