What's the deal with convos....

Every time I answer a convo, I get my own reply to a client registering as a new incoming message. So I am getting convo's that I write... but are my clients getting them too???

Our engineer issued a fix on the "new convo" notification last night. Are you all still receiving this message, even though it's your reply? Please note, this should not be affecting the delivery of convos and your messages should be received by the recipient.

Was happening to me last night, but today it seems to be working better. But, I was unable to attach a photo to a convo this morning: the link wouldn't open.

It is happening to us too. Also our activity feed number keeps returning no matter how many time we click it, every time we return to our shop view the number is back.

Hi Audrey,

Every time I get a convo e-mail, and from the e-mail click the "reply to" button, after I've written my convo and get bumped to the main convo menu, my reply shows up as unread and new.

It doesn't happen if I answer a convo by going to the convo menu, choosing a message, and replying. It only happens if I click the reply button in the EMAIL.
