Convo Problem

I got one convo last night and 2 this morning that aren't there.

I get the email and can read them, click on respond and it takes me to my convo page without that particular one being there.

I have to start a new convo to respond.

I got one that worked correctly this morning, but not the other 3

I am also experiencing convo issues. I have the etsy app and have seen 2 alerts of convos but I go online and neither convos are there. I have my email notification turned off so I can't even see mine! Please help!
Yes, there have been problems the past few days. If you go back in
the 'BUG' threads, you may find the answer. Administration is aware of
it, but guess the problem has not been fixed.

i am also not getting convos in my box but receiving an email saying they are there... just fyi-ing...
I just got home and all the missing convos have appeared. Thanks Marie
Also not getting convos timely. I have 4 shops and all of them are experiencing delays before they ever show up. I actually open my convos because I don't trust the alerts. Sometimes after opening the tab, a convo will show up without an alert and sometimes nothing is there and I go back an hour later and convos show up saying they were there for 8 hours.
This looks to be the best thread to post this in. I am getting the convo's but after i read the convo the notice doesnt go away. The number letting me know i have a convo will not go away. So of course i have to keep opening it in case it is a new one i havent read. thanks Sunny
Just got an email notification of convo, but it is not there. Got one about 30 min. ago that was there. I'll keep checking back to see if it's fixed.

We did recently resolve a convo issue. Some members are still experiencing an issue with notification numbers not clearing after convos are read.

For those who appear to be missing convos, be sure it isn't from a different account or one you have already read. If it's really missing, please forward the notification email to us so we can investigate. Send to: community@etsy.com. Thanks!
