There seems to be no way to edit the security code on the back of my credit card. It changes everytime the card is renewed

Not sure where you are keeping this info stored, but you may have to delete the card and then reenter the info?
I am not deleting anything until I find out where the button is to add a card. I have nothing
Hey Brandy!

You can update your credit card on file by clicking on Your Shop > Billing Info. You must fill out the entire form even if you're just updating the expiration date or security code in order to save the changes.
then WHY is there a place to edit the CC if you can't? and it it is a completely different place???
does this mean it has to be verified again and I won't be able to use it for a while??????? and the billing info uses a different card. this is the card I use for buying. what a mess
DAMN! that changed my BILLING info. I am getting really angry and I am NOT happy.

Hello!

My mistake, I didn't realize you were trying to *buy* something with your new card. For information on using direct checkout and updating cards, please see this help article. If you continue having issues, please email support@etsy.com.
