Shop items rearranged on me

I just spent a bit of time rearranging my shop and it was looking as it should but just now I updated my shipping profiles and went to look at my shop and it was all different -- NOT as I had arranged it.

Now all my items are arranged in no particular order and I'm not sure if I should go ahead and fix it all again or if there is a bug. Please let me know, thanks.

Hi guys!

Our tech team was working to recreate this, investigating and working on a solution. They think they identified the issue and have it resolved.

I've tested a few scenarios and can no longer replicate the "Shipping Profile changes lead to shop rearrange issue."

Please do let us know if you continue to have problems. We'll keep an eye on it for a bit. So sorry for the hassle around this issue. Thanks so much for your assistance with identifying and reporting this to us. It's been very helpful.

Are you in IE? If so, make sure your compatibility mode is turned off, please!
No, I'm using Mozilla Firefox. It's strange, it's still rearranged funky, I'm going to try to rearrange my shop again and hope this time it sticks.

Let me know if it works on the second go-around! Def clear your cookies and cache before you try and sign in and out of Etsy.
And you did remember to "Save Changes" after you set up your preferred arrangement, right? Of course you did!

Yes, I did save changes, even checked it and then went and changed my shipping profiles. After that, it was rearranged on me.

I did it again and saved it this time. It seems to be working. That was bizarre. Thanks.

Hello,

Seems that when changes are made to the shipping profile the shop gets rearranged, we've had a few reports of this. Our tech team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.
