Attaching images to (reply) convo's not working

Since quite a while (two months, three months?) I and many others have not been able to attach images to a reply convo.

We get a question or a request, want to send a reply and attach one or more images to our reply, but that does not work anymore.
People stopped complaining, because there is a work around: do not use the reply button, but send a brand new convo.

(This makes sort of a mess of our administration if we are talking about custom order requests, etc. The conversation is all over the place, in bits, instead of neatly stored in one conversation.)

Nope, it is not an IE8 issue....., I tried it in Firefox and ran into the same problem.

Hi BeaG,

Just want to let you know this issue has been reported to our Tech team. Unfortunately I have no news to report at this time, but I will add your report that it's still an issue for you in Firefox to our report.

Thank you for keeping us in the loop, and for your patience. We do realize how important Convos are to sellers and buyers.

Thank you very much, Audrey!
I thought I wasn't doing something correctly when my photos would not attach. Good to know.
