Etsy on iPhone

Not sure if this is an Etsy issue or an iPhone issue but when we get a notification for a convo on our iPhone the convo is coming up but there's no space to reply or go back. Anyone else having this issue today?

Rachel, when was the last time you restarted your iphone? Thanks!
I've been sending convos on mine all day with no issue.

It would be great if we could use the app for more than one shop. Any way to do that?
I'm pretty sure you can sign out, then sign in as another shop. It should just pick up where you left off. Let me know if that works for you, Kym.
When we restart the phone it works. Then we get another convo and its goes back to not letting us reply or do anything. Then we restart the phone again.
Hrm. Yeah, that's not an ideal solution. Good to know that a restart sort of fixes it though (good information). Now, is this for all convos? Do any work at all? Also, did you happen to reinstall the app (just in case it was a bad installation)?

Let's bump this one more time and see if others have the same issue. The more info the better. Thanks!
No its not always. Once we restarted the phone and open the Etsy app we can navigate normally. But once the next convo came up, it would essentially lock the app because you can't navigate back or reply to the convo.
Thanks for the info. You didn't mention if you had tried reinstalling the app? Since this is the only report I have seen, it might be specific to your installation. Thanks!
