I know you have your turnaround time clearly posted, but I'm not sure all customers will notice that. If they don't, they may be pretty surprised when their order takes 3 months. Because of that I would probably deactivate some listings so that orders don't pile up even further.
I have that feeling sometimes, and I did raise my turnaround time during the holiday season out of necessity. Sometimes, raising the prices works for me to slow things down a little, and sometimes it doesn't! Your shop is adorable, btw!
