I am nervous about an order I sent. It was a rush order for a wedding that is taking place tomorrow! I mailed the package via USPS Priority Mail this past Monday, 9/12. My customer was aware of the shipping date before she purchased it. Now the track and confirm website says this as of Wednesday, 9/14:
"Your item was forwarded to a different address. This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."
There has been no updates since. The last I heard from my customer was on Wednesday and she said she was going to track it down. I have since tried to contact her for an update but have yet to hear from her. I am positive that I wrote down the correct address she supplied. I'm just not sure what to do at this point as I really want her to get this for her big day.
