I have a few shows booked for the Fall but am looking for some additional fairs to sell at. I do best at juried craft shows with a handmade/natural twist. I try to avoid school shows because that usually is not the audience that spends a lot of money at my booth. Anybody have some shows coming up that they can recommed?

Hi Leah, you could check out my events page on my Facebook (Willow Glass) or check out facebook.com/StudioSynergyNE which is a new artisans group I formed with Colleen McWatters of Lua Cheia Jewelry :)

Hi Leah! I just wanted to say it was a real pleasure meeting you this past week-end in Bennington!

Last year I did well with the items from my other shop - hamsterdam.etsy.com - at the shows at Hamagrael Elementary in Delmar (yes, a school show, but a rather upscale one) and at the Tight Knit craft market that operates at the Troy winter farmer's market.

Has anyone done the Niskayuna High School fair in the past? How was it?

Posted at 7:46 am Sep 12, 2012 EDT

I have not done the Niskayuna show before, but am doing it this year (with a different product)... I'm hoping it's good!

I can't get anyone at Niskayuna or Schalmont to send me information about their shows! Looks like I'll be back at Mohonasen again.
