We occasionally hear from a customer who has been asked to pay a tax in order to receive their parcel at the post office. We will pay for all shipping costs to get the package their but each country does have the option to add tax as they choose. Each country also regulates their own customs clearance & time frames, so even expedited deliveries cannot be fully guaranteed. Please understand that this is simply beyond our control. Thank you!
