This lush and green necklace is a celebration of forests and a declaration of freedom to wear big bold necklaces! It's composed around four lampworked beads I made from Bullseye glass. All the lampworked beads are kiln-annealed for durability. Around them in glorious profusion are glass seed beads of various sizes and hues, from the rich black of the earth to the aching blue of the summer sky. This necklace works on many levels and is an emphatic statement of support for handmade, one of a kind works. Sterling silver clasp is adjustable. Measures roughly 21 inches long. Weighing in at a little over 2 ounces, it's reassuringly hefty, charmingly chunky, if you will. The shape is a modified V, with the freeform peyote and net stitches wandering in a happy accord all around. You'll never see another one like this. Woven using FireLine thread for superior durability and wear.
