This is a linoleum block print on acid-free 100% cotton rag paper, using black vegetable oil-based ink and watercolor. The edition size is 10 with 5 artist's proofs. It measures 3.5 x 5 inches. The image size measures 2 x 3 inches. The edition is signed and numbered on the front.

As for the subject matter, I tend to draw portraits, and the lion's share of them are female. I like Modigliani and Matisse a lot, as well as Japanese woodcuts.

My portraits are reflections on people I know, people I would like to know, or people I have yet to meet. Sometimes they are glimpses into the future. Sometimes they are based on actual personalities. People become attached to them for varying reasons. They can be reminders, projections, or affirmations.
