I’ve unwrapped many a ratty paper dust jacket in my search for Reader’s Digest Condensed Books with these retro-cool patterned covers. The trick is to find pristine covers! They can’t be stained, brittle, torn, or cracked like those that spent the last 50 years in a box in Aunt Minnie’s musty attic.

Not only do I use the eye-catching covers to make these dual photo displays, I am careful to preserve and use the inside covers and flyleaves and to line the spine with a coordinating decorative paper to make sure the frame looks as finished from the back as it does from the front- very important for a tabletop display! And I can assure you someone will say, “Wow! Cool!” and pick it up for a closer look.

Photo windows come lined with clear acetate and a removable card to use as a guide to trim your photo to fit the 3 x 5” opening. A flap and clear photo corners keep the flyleaves neatly in place. Most of them have the “This book belongs to…” name plate box intact for you to use to write a short message.

What a great gift for a teacher, school librarian, book club member or any book lover of any age! This frame stands up all on its own AND it can lay completely flat in an envelope making it a super easy gift to mail.
Overall size 8” x 13”
