This handmade pendant features chiyogami paper in a lovely pattern of mauve and white apple blossoms on a silver-swirled white and lavender background; accents are in gold. Please go to the end of the description for more info on chiyogami.

The chiyogami is sealed onto two layers of polymer clay. The finished pendant measures approximately 20mm x 30mm and is glazed to a water-resistant finish but please don't wear it in the shower (or pool!)!

You will receive the exact pendant pictured.

All of my chiyogami pendants and earrings are handmade from start to finish and no pre-cut pieces or tiles are used. The paper and polymer clay is individually cut, making each piece truly unique (^_^)

* Chiyogami is Japanese paper ("gami" = paper) that features gorgeous patterns and designs in an endless array of colours. Originating in the Edo period in Japan, the intricate designs were painstakingly created with woodblock stamps; today silkscreens are used on kozo-blend paper that is extremely resilient.
