How can you save a damaged record album? Turn it into a serving bowl! Don't worry, I only use unplayable records to recycle into useful serving pieces. This bowl is made from the groundbreaking album "Tommy" by The Who. It has a colorful Decca Records label and measures approximately 8-1/2 inches in diameter and 3-1/2 inches deep. Use it as a candy dish or for chips/pretzels, or keep it on your desk to store rubber bands, paper clips or other small items. Guys - use it in your workshop to collect all those loose nails, screws and bits of hardware. It also makes a great gift basket if you fill it with goodies and wrap it in cellophane with a festive ribbon. Labels are laminated to avoid staining and crumbs won't fall through the hole. With a record bowl you get a real conversation piece while helping the environment by recycling. Record bowls are best cleaned with a damp sponge (obviously, keep it away from the dishwasher and the microwave, or you will end up with some sort of modern art!) Not recommended for liquids or wet foods. Many other artists are available; contact me to see if your favorite is in stock. International shipping is available - contact me with your location and I will find out the cost of postage.
