This necklace is the essence of wabi sabi-ness. It was sent in another incarnation to a shop that (formerly) sold pieces of jewelry of mine, and it came back with it's lovely stone pendant broken in two. Since the necklace had been carefully designed around a stone focal with charms hanging delicately over it, I was sad to think all that planning was going to go to waste when I took the necklace apart.

You will love wearing this garland-like piece with sari silk strips in warm neutrals intertwining with the brass chain and metallic jade seed beeds, grew out of the vestiges into something even more lovely. The hue of the brass buddha medallion is echoed by three coin pearls that hang in a tousled bunch with small stone and leaf charms. It's LONG...hanging midway to the waist, with a long nape dangle of about 4" of slightly brightly colored beads and spare parts.
It is fairly adjustable, and if you want an even longer extender, no problem.

All purchases through 12/25 will be donated to Artists Helping Artists, an effort to assist those in need as a result of great adversity this year. If you would like to make a donation that is different than the price of this item, please convo me and I will make a reserve listing at the agreed to price for you. Please know that you are helping a very worthy cause for a member of our artisan community and family.
