You may have noticed that I absolutely love sweater dresses. This late 1940s sweater dress is just wonderful, in shape, details and color! The sage green wool boucle is a great transitional color, good for cool spring days as well as autumn. It has the short collar common to the late 40s and early 50s, as well as decorative buttons up the front. I think my favorite detail, though, is the asymmetric ribbing - on the left side, it is higher on the bodice, and shorter on the skirt - the reverse is true on the right. Check out the front and back close-ups to see this best!

✂-----Measurements

Bust: 34"-41"
Waist: 25" - 31"
Hips: 38"-46"
Length: 45.5"

Condition: Very Good
The dress is clean and fresh. I have darned two small moth chews on the upper back, and one on the mid back of the skirt. These can now only be seen from the inside. I find no other issues to note - it is ready to wear!
