WELCOME to your blooming tea moment, the most uncommon tea experience you will enjoy. I love beautiful things, I cherish beautiful times, and I want to be happy. I believe I can turn the world on with a smile and a cup of tea :)

About Blooming Tea

Each tea bloom is individually hand crafted. Add boiling water and your tea “blooms” into a beautiful, tasty display! This blooming tea is not only beautiful, it also brews the finest tea on the market today. The flowers gently influence the flavor of each of these light delicious teas.
‘A Cup Of Afternoon Tea’ brings you the best hand picked blooming tea right from the world’s tea origin hub – Fujian of China.

The Blooming Process

Premium whole tea leaves are hand tied around a flower or a cluster of flowers and then dried into their individual shapes. These are made by binding tea leaves and flowers together into a bulb and are then set to dry. When steeped, the bundle expands and unfurls in a process that emulates a blooming flower, while the flowers inside emerge as the centerpiece. Flowers commonly used in flowering teas include globe amaranth, chrysanthemum, jasmine, lily, hibiscus, and osmanthus.

How to drink Blooming Tea

1) Put a bulb inside a teapot or a cup
2) Add 100 degree boiling water
3) Watch it shine! oh, and start drinking!

The bundles can usually be reused up to 5 times without the tea becoming bitter. Flowering tea is generally served in containers made of glass, or other transparent material, so that the flowering effect can be seen.
