Large Vintage Uppercase Alphabet Typography Poster

This poster is a page from an old newspaper advertising service book from 1973. The book is Stamps-Conhaim General Newspaper Advertising Service which is filled with typography that was used to literally cut and paste (the old fashioned way) individual letters to make layouts and titles for newspapers and advertisements. This poster is a great little piece of graphic design history, dated in roman numerals 1973. It makes a spectacular addition to your home, office, or studio.

16.5" wide, 22' tall

It is in good vintage condition for its age with some yellowing around the edges, water damage along the left edge, and some slices which is evidence of an exacto knife being used on the previous page. I think adds to so much character to it. Also you may notice some wrinkling, and crinkles from the pages being flipped through frequently. Please see photos. I have multiples of this poster so you may not get this exact one. This poster represents the condtion of all of them.

I have several different pages available in my shop if you are interested in a different type face, would like to start a collection, or perhaps you would like to get one for a friend.

Looks great with or without a frame!

This will ship USPS, the poster will be carefully rolled up into a shipping tube.
