Gosh, I love this era! I can't wait to see more of it represented this season on 'Boardwalk Empire'! Thank you for featuring my book in your wonderfully thought out treasury!
Beautiful looks like a front page treasury. Thanks for including my feather fascinator.
Lovely! Thanks for including my red flapper dress!!
My cousin Steve Visscher jus twon an Emmy for the foley work on this show! It must be fate that you chose my antique sheet for this treasury.
How cool LaVogue! - what kind of work does he do? (I'll go look it up).
Awesome! Thank you so much! :)
He does the sound editing and effects, and has quite a string of hits over the years. (google his name) He said the entire crew was fantastic on this series, and I am waiting for the next season to start, too!
I totally googled him LaVogue - impressive list of films - good on him!!!
Thanks for including my Mr Peanut portrait in this wonderful treasury!
Great Treasury! I grew up in Atlantic City, not quite in the era of the 20's, but this still makes me nostalgic for the time in which I was a kid. Love Mr. Peanut! I think he scared every kid he came in contact with, but he actually was a school mates brother. Just a regular guy in an awful hot suit!
Thanks Freddiesmom - I remember the Mr. Peanut guy from Shriver's Salt Water Taffy in Ocean City - one of my most beloved Jersey shore memories! (Yes, I was scared but fond of him too!)
